You can find more information about membership eligibility, fees and benefits here. If you have any questions, please contact cramos@wingsweb.org.
Group discount is intended for various participants (4+) of the same organisation. If you are attending as a group, please register each participant individually and follow instructions provided during registration.
Solidarity contribution
Supporting and enabling members are asked to pay a higher registration fee. This includes a 3-5% solidarity contribution per ticket, which helps subsidise participation for smaller philanthropy support and civil society organisations at WINGSForum. Thank you for supporting the wider community.
Travel Financial Support
A limited amount of travel financial support will be available for representatives of organisations that may face financial barriers to participation. Financial support aims to promote the diversity of regions, organisation types, and experience within the Forum.
Details, eligibility criteria, and application timelines are available in the WINGSForum 2026 travel financial support Terms and Conditions.
Applications should be submitted by 17 April 2026 (12.59pm UTC) using this online form.
Besides personal and organisational information, when applying through the form, applicants are asked to fill out and upload a Motivation and Participation Form.
If you have any questions while applying, please reach out to wingsforum@wingsweb.org.
Selected recipients will be notified via email by 30 April 2026.

Venue
The venue for WINGSForum 2026 will be the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal. The location is accessible by public transport and close to accommodation and dining options.
Accommodation
After completing registration, participants will receive an email with instructions for booking accommodation at the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal’s contracted rate. This rate will be available until the room block is filled.
Montreal offers a wide range of hotels and guesthouses at different price points. WINGS will provide additional recommended accommodation options near the venue, including any available discount codes or room blocks, as soon as arrangements are finalised.
Visa information – apply early!
Participants travelling from outside Canada may require a visa or Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA). We encourage all attendees to consult the Government of Canada’s immigration guidance early to determine what is needed based on their country of residence.
During registration, participants are requested to inform whether they will need a visa letter to attend the event. Based on this information, WINGS will prepare and share an invitation letter and further instructions to support visa applications.
WINGS encourages all participants to apply early.
Accessibility
WINGS is committed to hosting an inclusive event. The venue and programme will accommodate a range of accessibility needs. Participants will be able to indicate requirements during registration so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
